A Glutenacious Life |
|
I love challenges. They make you stronger. Sometimes you are surprised on how far you went without even realizing it. What yesterday seemed (im)possible, today has become reachable.
Being coeliac has become one of the biggest challenges I have had to face. It was not about the moment when I was diagnosed ( I actually felt relieved), but about the "and now what?". You need to make little re-adjustments. Some things you can control, some others not so much. For example, discovering that not all restaurants have gluten free food. (Has anyone has been on there?). You start getting familiar with the available options in your city/ area. But what if you go beyond this bubble? Where would I able to eat? Will I have to be carrying always food with me?
Everything looks so confusing at the beginning, but you can overcome it and travel happily. This is the reason why I decided to create this page. I wanted to share with you what I discover. While the gluten-free community is very supportive, suggestions tend to be from their local area. I was missing a place where I could broad the search, especially for international adventures.
Grab your favourite cosy drink and get comfy. We will embark on a new world vision journey.
Let’s enjoy the little pleasures of life.
Be Glutenacious.
