Hello everyone! Summer season is not over yet and temperatures are still up, what about cooling it down with this fresh and delicious oeufs mimosa? It can be served as an appetizer or main course and it's a classic in my family during Summer time. The recipe is easy peasy and you'll be surprised on how little time it takes, so it's perfect for when you don't want to spend too much time in the kitchen and rather enjoy the lovely weather outside. So let me share with you my family recipe of these beautiful oeufs mimosa, which of course are gluten-free. I hope that you will like it as much as I do. Oeufs mimosa ,or (not so) deviled eggs is one of my favourite recipes for summer time, I can never have too much! Not only it takes very little time but it's so easy to prepare that you'll be enjoying a delicious meal in no time! With only 3 ingredients you can forget the "I don't feel like cooking right now", "I'm starving and need some food asap" or "I'm in a hurry and don't have much time to cook" (The struggle is real). So take those eggs, tuna and mayonnaise and indulge yourself in a delish and fresh summer recipe with almost zero effort! Ingredients
